The Missouri Western State University (MWSU) Foundation and the Division of Student Affairs invite MWSU Registered Student Organization leaders who have a 2.5 cumulative grade point average and a desire to learn about servant leadership to apply to be a part of the 2024 class of the Barbara Sprong Leadership Challenge.

The Leadership Challenge provides MWSU students an opportunity to acquire and enhance leadership skills by learning about themselves and from key local, national, and national leaders. The program is named in honor of Barbara Sprong, former member and president of the MWSU Board of Regents, and a past leader in the St. Joseph Community.

Students who complete the program without absences will receive one hour of class credit — Motivation and Leadership: UNV 121.

This competitive class has limited enrollment.

Applications are due Friday, Feb. 16.
